- Understand its importance to environmental responsibility
- Learn the key elements of the major sections of the ISO 14001 2004 standard
- Tour an ISO 14001 registered manufacturing facility (optional)

Mendy Claridge, Leed AP

Mendy has been with Kimball International for 14 years. She has held roles
in manufacturing, quality and product line management. Mendy holds
certifications as an ASQ (American Society of Quality) technician and
as LEED AP, which is an accredited professional that supports the
certification of LEED points.
Mendy is chairman of National Office Furniture's Engineering Change
Control Board and is a certified product auditor. She is also a member
of National's Quality Sustainable Management team and serves as
council leader on National's Sustainability Council.
Mendy attended Wabash Valley College and Southern Illinois University
where she studied science.
In her current role as Product Line Manager, Mendy manages customer
satisfaction with specialty in product quality and sustainability.

Lisa A. Schmidt

Lisa has been with Kimball International for 20 years. She has
held roles in quality, product line management, has conducted numerous
training sessions for employees and customers, and serves on National
Office Furniture's Sustainability Council. In her current role as
Sustainability Marketing Manager, Lisa manages marketing efforts
focused toward vertical markets and sustainability and conducts
training for employees.
Lisa attended Indiana University and earned her Bachelor of Arts
degree in Journalism and Literature.

Kris Hochgesang

Kris has been with Kimball International since 1984. He began his
tenure with Kimball working in the Graphic Distribution Center. Kris
has also held roles as Showroom Installation Coordinator, Guest
Services Coordinator, Showroom Manager and as a training specialist.
Kris is currently the Training Manager for National Office Furniture,
responsible for the training and education of all Sales Representatives.
Kris currently resides in San Diego, CA working closely with National's
Jasper, IN headquarters and National's Irvine, CA Showroom.

Gwen Gunselman

Gwen has been with Kimball International for 6 years. She has held
roles in customer service and marketing. In her current role as Showroom
and Events Manager, Gwen is instrumental in designing and managing all
regional showrooms and event spaces. Gwen also manages National's
promotional merchandise store and National branded gifts.
Gwen attended University of Southern Indiana and earned her Bachelor
of Science degree in Advertising and Public Relations with a minor
in Marketing. Gwen is currently an IIDA member.

Sandra Moad

Sandra has been with Kimball International for 5 years. She came to
Kimball with several years of experience in interior design working
with GHK in Chicago. Sandra currently resides in Chicago and is the
Showroom Manager for the National Office Furniture Showroom.
Sandra attended University of Arizona State University and earned
her Bachelor of Science Design in Interior Design.
