Congratulations to Wright State University! Latest Gift Totals $160,000 in Donations to Winners.
The 2012 winner of the $25,000 Gift of Inspiration for Education is Wright State University in Dayton, OH.
The university plans to use the funds to boost sustainability efforts and programs on campus.
They will leverage the money by issuing "challenges" for matching funds for the Office of
Sustainability. The funds will be used for projects such as expanding the campus food gardens,
recycling programs, community service tutoring programs in urban schools and more.
"This Gift of Inspiration from National Office Furniture is a wonderful model of corporate
giving. Humbly, we promise to put the gift to good use," said David R. Hopkins, President,
Wright State University.
"We continue to be impressed and inspired by the vision, passion and resourcefulness that
students exhibit. We're very proud to support Wright State's students and sustainability
initiatives with the Gift of Inspiration. We know the students will turn today's gift into
a long lasting positive impact on the environment, campus and community," said Kevin McCoy,

Wright State University marks our fourth Gift of Inspiration for Education recipient. The
Gift of Inspiration started in 2009 and between the education and healthcare gifts, the
program has awarded a total of $160,000 to seven winners.
