At National, we realize it is important to our customers to build and maintain
buildings that are easy on the environment. Many tell us that they strive to meet
the guidelines found in the LEED® (Leadership in Energy and
Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System™. In addition
to following the LEED guidelines in our own buildings, we also feel it is critical
to offer furniture solutions that can help contribute LEED points towards certification.
Furniture is included in the scope of a limited amount of LEED categories. However,
rest assured that we have those categories covered. The table below outlines how
National's solutions can help achieve points in a number of areas, from task lights
to packaging to the furniture itself.
