| Dealer Community Recognized National with Manufacturer of the Year Award |

National was presented the Office Furniture Dealers Alliance's (OFDA) 2009 Non-Aligned Manufacturer of the Year Bronze Award at our Chicago Showroom on Monday, June 15th.
The award is based on a carefully structured, anonymous dealer poll - the OFDA Dealer Manufacturer Satisfaction Index (DMSI) Survey. Its purpose is to improve dealer manufacturer relations by measuring ten functional areas of manufacturer performance that are of greatest importance to dealers throughout North America. The award program recognizes manufacturers that deliver the most consistent and effective overall support to dealers in those areas.

| National Announces Certification to BIFMA's "level™" Conformance Program |

The Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturer's Association (BIFMA) launched its industry-wide product certification program, level™ verifying conformance to the BIFMA e3 sustainability standard through independent, third-party approved certification process. National is pleased to announce that the majority of its products have earned level™ certification through BIFMA recognized third-party certifier, Scientific Certification Systems (SCS).
Previously, National products earned SCS Sustainable Choice™ and Gold certifications based on the BIFMA e3 sustainability standard which will now be branded level™ 1 and level™ 2 certified by SCS. | National was the first manufacturer to earn SCS Sustainable Choice Gold certification, now level™ 2. Currently, 92% of National's products earn either a level™ 1 or level™ 2 certification.

| EnvyWorks Achieves SCS Indoor Advantage™ Certification |

March 19th, 2009 - Already earning Scientific Certification Systems Sustainable Choice™ Gold mark, National's EnvyWorks casegoods recently achieved SCS Indoor Advantage certification by meeting indoor air quality criteria.
The criteria for the Indoor Advantage Certification are based on the Furniture Emission Standard (FES) established by the Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturer's Association (BIFMA). Indoor Advantage certification can help contribute points towards earning a USGBC LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating.

Evaluated by SCS and adding to National's extensive list of certified products, this indoor air quality recognition further demonstrates National's strong commitment to sustainability and providing furnishings that enhance the environments where people work.

| National Earns Membership to Indiana's Environmental Stewardship Program |
|
National Office Furniture has been accepted into the Indiana Department of Environmental Management's (IDEM) Environmental Stewardship Program (ESP) for demonstrating long-term compliance with environmental laws and voluntarily agreeing to implement continuous improvements in sustainability.
National's Indiana-based manufacturing facilities in Jasper and Santa Claus earned this recognition by going above and beyond IDEM's environmental regulatory guidelines which is modeled after the EPA's National Environmental Performance Track. Also, all National manufacturing facilities are registered to the ISO 140001:2004 standard, playing a key role in receiving ESP membership. |
