  • Dealer's can order National fabric samples free of charge. Log in to the website and under the Dealer Tools section, select Order Literature + Promotional Merchandise. If you are not a National Dealer, please contact customer service at 800.482.1717 to request a sample.

    To request a sample of an Alliance graded-in fabric, please contact the fabric manufacturer directly.

  • National offers a Cut Yardage Program in which all National textiles and leathers are available for purchase. Information on our Cut Yardage Program can be found within the "General Information" section of our Seating Price List. Visit our Price List page for more information.
  • Use our COM Approval Search tool under "Material Resources" to find out if a COM has already been evaluated.

  • As a dealer, you can check status of your orders by logging in to the website. Once logged in, click on "Dealer Tools" in the top heading then click on "Check Order Status."
  • All orders can be electronically submitted, sent via fax to 812-482-8800 or scanned and emailed to orders@nationalofficefurniture.com.  Please do not send orders to a personal email in case someone is out of the office and cannot forward your request.  We’d hate to see your order delayed.
